Introduction

As young wine enthusiasts, the three of us and our youthful winemaker, we aspire to rejuvenate Tállya and its surroundings.
We currently cultivate the 30 year old vines of the Palota vineyard.

Our first wines also come from this vineyard and follow the style of the new generation of "Tokaj-Hegyalja" vintages, complementing them with a youthful verve and experimentation with lighter tones.

We insist on the highest of quality and focus on using winemaking methods that allow our wines to show the varietal characteristics of the grapes as well as their terroir to the fullest. Our winery is still small, but we hope – with relentlessly hard work – to find our place amongst the regions winemakers and wine lovers.

    Grapes: 100% Furmint

    Yield: Cca. 1,5 kg per vine, picked by hand, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ageing in 300 liter oak barrels (shorter period) and in stainless steel tanks (longer period)

    Alcohol: 14% Alc.

    Acid: 5.7g/l

    Sugar: 2.5 g/l

    Yield: Cca. 1,5 kg per vine, picked by hand, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ageing in 300 liter oak barrels (shorter period) and in stainless steel tanks (longer period)

    Acid: 7.1g/l

    Sugar: 8.1 g/l
